Prospective residents can only be admitted once a full pre-admission care assessment has taken place. This guarantees that we can meet their needs and that our home is a suitable environment for them.
Our care manager carries out the full needs assessment, either by home visit or ideally by conducting it on-site at Wetley Manor Care Home. This assessment will provide the basis for their care plan.
If your friend or relative needs to be admitted due to an emergency, we will follow our comprehensive ‘Emergency Admission Policy’. This will ensure that all of their needs can be safely met.
